Vocation to priesthood

Priests are called to proclaim the Gospel, administer the sacraments, teach the faithful, provide pastoral care, and serve as spiritual guides for the people entrusted to them. It is a vocation that requires a deep understanding of the faith, a dedication to Christ, and a love for people. The Eucharist is the center of a priest's life. He celebrates it daily whenever possible, allowing his community to live and believe through this sacrament.

Priestly vocations are a gift from God and a call that arises in the heart of a young person. It is important to take this call seriously, to pray, to reflect, and to seek spiritual guidance in order to recognize and confirm one's own vocation. The training to become a priest includes study, spiritual formation, and practical experiences that aim to prepare future priests for their ministry.
