Berufung zur Arbeit in der Seelsorge

Nicht nur Priester und Ordensleute können Seelsorger sein. Jede Christin und jeder Christ ist dazu berufen, das Wort Gottes zu verkünden und für die Menschen da zu sein. In Deutschland gibt es, wie in vielen Teilen der Welt, die Möglichkeit, mit einem Theologiestudium in der Seelsorge zu arbeiten - in einer Gemeinde, oder in einem besonderen Feld der Verkündigung, etwa in der Jugendpastoral oder in der Krankenseelsorge.

Du wirst dabei von der Kirche bezahlt und stehst mit deinem ganzen Leben für den Glauben ein. Dabei arbeitest du im Team mit Ehrenamtlichen, Priestern und vielen anderen Menschen.

    The decision to enter into marriage and start a family does not mean that you have to give up your personal goals and dreams. Instead, it is an invitation to share your dreams with your spouse and together build a fulfilling and meaningful future.

    Marriage is a lifelong commitment based on unconditional love and fidelity. If you are already in a relationship, it is important to have an open and honest conversation with your partner about whether you both share this vision. You can pray together and engage in activities within the Church to gain clarity on whether you are on the same path ... ... and then, have the courage to take the next step!
